    Open gym allows members to come into the facility at anytime.  This includes our gym section with our Ellipticals or the main floor with all the free weights.  There is no instructor in Open Gym, so no instructions will be given to members on what to do when they arrive.  Feel free to come on in and do your own training and your own pace!

    A full body workout designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time. This class includes cardio, weights, high intensity interval training, core and functional movements for optimal health and fitness goals.
  • Cross Training – All Fitness Levels

    Cross Training – All Fitness Levels

    Cross Training is what we consider the newest version of fitness.  We combine all avenues of fitness in our workouts and daily programming.  Every workout is scalable for beginners and novice individuals.  The class will use multiple types of equipment, as well as cardio and body strengthening movement.  Its high intense structure is great for any level of fitness and challenging.

    Spin X

    Spin X takes spinning to the next level.  Not only do we incorporate spin bikes in the fitness class, we also incorporate weightlifting and boot camp style movements off the bike!!!  This new type of spin is an hour long and will definitely get the heart pumpin!

    This class is a mixture of boxing and martial arts moves. It offers an intense total body workout utilizing training routines used by athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. It is challenging and fun.  You will also get to experience hitting pads with the instructors.  This class is hands on!
